THE PROBLEM

The current diapering experience can be frustrating for all parents but especially for those with disabilities or particularly wiggly babies.

In the initial exploration of the problem space I conducted two rounds of one hour in-home interviews to determine consumer habits and tensions. In my secondary research, I looked at current market trends and emerging products.

The solution

Our final solution combines changes in both form and function that work together to improve the user experience. By eliminating steps and making the overall process smoother, we can improve diapering for parents of all ability levels.

I led my team in presenting the final solution to our industry partners and helped create supplemental materials including a pitch video and an executive summary.
